Your tasks

You play a crucial role – as part of our sales team – you work in a key position in the company. You contribute your knowledge – you participate in operational freight cost calculations and associated negotiations with our service providers. You are a communications professional – interdisciplinary interface management is part of your daily business – you are the contact person for our customers, other specialist departments and logistics service providers.

your qualification

Completed commercial vocational training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services, or a comparable qualification – ideally professional experience in the field of freight forwarding.
Customs clearance knowledge.
National and international shipping handling.
Invoice creation.
Craftsmanship and experience in shipping and picking (representation in the packaging department).
Good written and spoken English knowledge.

In order to further expand our service team, we are looking for an experienced employee for our production and service (m/f) as soon as possible. You work in our production in service and are responsible for processing repair and service orders. We offer a challenging position for a practical skilled worker/technician who has already gained experience in servicing technically sophisticated devices.

Your tasks:

You work in a team, enjoy taking on responsibility and enjoy dealing with people in an international environment. You repair our customers’ measuring devices, process complaints and help our customers analyze errors. If necessary, you will also travel to the customer and solve problems on site.

Your qualification:

Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, measurement and control technology or mechanics with additional electrical engineering training, and/or comparable technical training, e.g. industrial master/technician.
Experience in a comparable position.
Knowledge in the areas of measurement and control technology, flow technology, system control, etc. desirable but not a requirement.
You bring flexibility and commitment.
Knowledge of English.
